President and Founder, Haven of Peace Enterprise
Our founder established Haven of Peace Enterprise following a distinguished career working within the New Mexico corrections system, where they built deep, trust-based relationships with incarcerated individuals and witnessed firsthand the systemic barriers that prevent successful reintegration into community life. That proximity to both the human costs of incarceration and the resilience of those navigating it became the foundation for everything H.O.P.E. stands for today.
Guided by a conviction that education, accountability, and genuine community support are far more powerful catalysts for lasting change than punishment alone, our founder dedicated themselves to bridging the critical gaps in workforce readiness, housing stability, and family connection that too many BIPOC and underserved New Mexicans face upon release and throughout their recovery from systemic obstacles.
Their founding vision was clear: to build an organization that meets every participant with dignity, equips them with practical, credentialed skills, and surrounds them with a network of sustained support — moving people not just away from crisis, but forward into career stability, community belonging, and lasting opportunity.
